Custom WordPress CMS theme
Edits Design Lab asked us to create a site that would showcase visual case studies of past work, analytical articles, and external reviews of their business information products. We designed a custom WordPress interface grid to collect these components into an ever-changing visual portfolio matrix.
"The invite looks terrific! Thanks for doing such a brilliant job and for being so great to work with - as always!" - S.E., Massachusetts
Architectural model
Materials for this model included laser-cut museum board, plexiglas, mirrored styrene, beads, and oak. Measured approximately 18″ x 18″ x 8″, before it met its untimely end in a Providence dumpster.
Commemorative booklet
For CATA’s 15th anniversary, we were asked to create a 32-page booklet to be distributed at their annual gala. On the cover, we “stitched” together swatches of memorable images from the past. [Download booklet]

Dawn Lane, Berkshire-based dancer and choreographer, asked us for a website that documented career milestones, accomplishments, philosophy…and be fun to look at! We focused the site around an interactive timeline that creates a visual journey through her work. [Visit site]

Art show invite
Our challenge was to integrate the artists and their artwork in an innovative way, making them truly a “part of their art.” When we discovered these wonderful life-sized portraits, we decided to stage a photo shoot around them.
Custom WordPress CMS theme
CATA asked us to build a website that embodied their people-centric mission. We created a loose, fun-loving, and hand-crafted layout with features that entice users to move deeper into the site. Because the site is built on WordPress, it’s a cinch to maintain! [Visit site]
"You are a great pair, Deelux! My site is a visual wonder - when I look at it I see my career and I feel proud." - D.L., Massachusetts
Handcrafted HTML/CSS website
Jonathan Daisy (our photographer cousin) wanted to tap into the RI wedding photography market and came to us for help. We combined some wedding motifs with local flavor, and topped it off with a name that would appeal to the brides of “the biggest little.” [Visit site]
Newsletter
Designing mailers is always a challenge. All the same, CATA’s bi-annual newsletter is a crucial fundraising tool. We took advantage of the strong visual style we have cultivated for the organization to create a publication that literally pops out of the mail.
